These VIP Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how the Avery & Sloan Co. VIP Membership works, including billing, automatic renewal, additional recurring charges, cancellation rights, and refunds. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling.

By enrolling in the VIP Membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. VIP Membership Overview

The Avery & Sloan Co. VIP Membership provides members with access to:

• VIP pricing, store credit and discounts on eligible products

• Priority customer support

• Free shipping on eligible VIP portal orders

• Exclusive product launches and limited inventory offers

The VIP Membership is a paid, automatically renewing subscription unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

2. Automatic Renewal & Monthly Membership Fee

Monthly Fee

• The VIP Membership costs $49.99 USD per month, exclusive of applicable taxes. We may charge less, but never more.

• The Membership automatically renews every 30 days using the payment method provided at checkout.

Trial Period

• The first Membership charge will occur after the stated 3 days trial period ends. 

• You may cancel during the trial period to avoid the first charge.

Authorization

By enrolling and selecting the subscription checkbox at checkout, you expressly authorize Avery & Sloan Co. to charge your payment method $49.99 USD every 30 days until you cancel.

3. Quarterly Inventory Fund Fee (Additional Recurring Charge)

Purpose of the Fee

To secure bulk inventory opportunities or special product offerings across various niches exclusively for VIP Members, Avery & Sloan Co. charges a Quarterly Inventory Fund Fee.

Fee Amount & Frequency

• VIP Members are charged a Quarterly Inventory Fund Fee of up to $100 every ninety (90) days, depending on available opportunities. Charges will occur in the last month of the quarter, but may vary from time to time or frequency. You will never be charged more than $100 per ninety (90) days.

Advance Notice

• Members will receive advance notice by email prior to each Quarterly Inventory Fund Fee charge, including:

  • The amount to be charged

  • The scheduled billing date

  • Instructions on how to cancel before the charge

Authorization

By enrolling in the VIP Membership and accepting the subscription terms at checkout, you expressly authorize Avery & Sloan Co. to charge both the monthly Membership fee and the Quarterly Inventory Fund Fee unless you cancel prior to the applicable billing date.

4. Express Informed Consent

At checkout, you are required to affirmatively acknowledge and agree that:

• You are enrolling in a paid, automatically renewing VIP Membership

• You will be charged $49.99 USD every 30 days

• You will be charged an additional Quarterly Inventory Fund Fee every 90 days (as disclosed), never exceeding $100.

• Charges will continue until you cancel

Your consent is recorded and stored in accordance with applicable law.

5. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time before your next billing date by any of the following methods:

• Through your customer account portal (recommended), with the click of a button

• By emailing support@averynsloan.com 

• By calling +1 (513) 229-9108

Effect of Cancellation

• Cancellation stops future recurring charges

• You will retain VIP access until the end of your current billing period

• No further monthly or quarterly fees will be charged after cancellation

Cancellation is not subject to penalties, retention requirements, or mandatory customer service interaction.

6. Returns Policy

We accept returns for regular, defective, or damaged products.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged

Non-returnable items:

• Items showing signs of use

• Sale or clearance items

To initiate a return, contact support@averynsloan.com within 30 days of delivery.

7. Refunds

Product Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method after inspection.

Subscription Charges

• Subscription and membership fees are non-refundable once processed

• It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges

Refunds may be issued at Avery & Sloan Co.’s discretion in cases of billing error or exceptional circumstances.

8. Changes to Membership or Fees

Avery & Sloan Co. reserves the right to modify Membership features or fees.
Any material changes will be communicated in advance, and no increased or new recurring charge will be applied without appropriate notice and consent as required by law.
