These conditions explain our VIP membership and how customers at Avery & Sloan receive exclusive product launches, huge discounts on our bestsellers and premium support. We're happy to welcome you as part of our positive community! 

Returns

We accept returns for regular as well as defective or damaged products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

  • NOTE: Items that show signs of usage or sale-items can not be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing date.


 

Membership:

By taking delivery of one of our items and selecting the subscription checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to enroll in our monthly 'VIP member' subscription. This allows you to shop all of our products at a huge discount, which on average saves our customers around $50-90 per month. Try it out for three (3) days after the initial transaction and take a look at our exclusive offers. You can cancel anytime by calling us, leaving an e-mail or managing your membership within the customer login portal.

The first charge of $29.99 will occur 3 days after the initial purchase unless you cancel during this trial period. It will be automatically billed every month using the same credit card provided at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
